Recently Vasant Vihar based Studio Vasant organised a exhibition of paintings by new and emerging talent from Hyderabad Bhawandla Narhari and Sunirmal Maiti. The exhibition will continue till 25th November, 2007.

On the occasion of opening, painter Bahwandla Narhari, Baljeet Chaddha (Director, Studio Vasant), Ronita Chatterjee (Gallery Manager, Studio Vasant), Art Curator Victor Vijay Kumar, painters Umesh, Pankaj Mohan Aggarwal and many others were present there.

Bhawandla Narahari's paintings depict scenes from the Telangana region of Andhra Pradesh. The artist is a Gold Medallist from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University’s College of Fine Arts, Hyderabad, and is employed at the National Institute of Nutrition as a Technical Officer (Artist). He has participated in many solo shows in Hyderabad, Madras, Bombay and Delhi apart from group shows and art camps at many places for the past many years. His art works find place in many national and international prestigious institutions in Hyderabad, Delhi and many art collectors abroad. The artist’s specializes in scenes depicting village scenes, the village atmosphere, life-styles, and festivals.

On the occasion Baljeet Chaddha said, both the artists are very talented. I watched and like their work, their work has intensity to attract an normal human being and are able to present the village / towns' life-style, atmosphere, art and drawings amongst them. Our aim is to appreciate the talents of various artists between the people as well as to present their skills, imagination and the cultural monuments of the country.
